Terms and Conditions

Welcome to A2z Remote Hub - Your Trusted Remote Partner.


By placing an order with us via WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms:


1. Order Placement:

All orders are accepted through WhatsApp only. Customers must share a photo of their remote or the device model to help us identify the correct remote.


2. Pricing:

Prices are shared directly with customers via WhatsApp. No hidden charges unless specified. Prices include delivery unless stated otherwise.


3. Payments:

We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders may require a small advance to confirm the booking (see COD Policy for details).


4. Product Accuracy:

We ensure you receive the most compatible and working remote based on the information provided by you. Please share accurate model details or photos for best results.


5. Delivery:

We deliver PAN India via trusted courier services. Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days depending on the location.


6. Customer Support:

You can contact our team via WhatsApp from **10:00 AM to 7:00 PM**, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).


7. Change in Terms:

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page for transparency.


8. Limitation of Liability:

A2z Remote Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages that may result from the use or misuse of our products. All remotes are tested before shipping.

Replacement and Refund Policy

At A2z Remote Hub, we aim to provide only 100% working and compatible remotes. However, if there’s an issue, here’s our policy:


1. Check on Delivery:

Customers must check the product on the day it is delivered. Any issues should be reported as soon as possible via WhatsApp.


2. Replacement (Valid for 7 Days):

If the remote is not working or not compatible (despite correct details shared), we offer a free replacement within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ Note: The remote must be in original condition. No replacement will be provided if the product is physically damaged, broken, or mishandled.


3. Refund (If Replacement Not Available):

If we cannot provide a replacement for your model, we offer a full refund.

We will arrange a return pickup via our courier partner. Once the product is returned and passes quality check, your refund will be processed.


4. Video Proof:

We may request a short video showing the issue to help us verify and troubleshoot the problem before initiating a replacement or return.


5. Time Limit:

Issues must be reported within **7 days of delivery**. Requests after this period are not eligible for replacement or refund.


6. Refund Not Applicable For:

- Change of mind after placing the order

- Incorrect model details shared by the customer

- Physical damage or misuse after delivery

- Issues reported after the 7-day replacement period


7. Policy Updates:

We reserve the right to update or modify this Replacement & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply only to future orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At A2z Remote Hub, we strive to provide a smooth and trusted shopping experience for all our customers across India. To ensure genuine orders and timely deliveries, please read and follow our COD policy:


1. Advance Payment Requirement:

To confirm a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, a small advance is mandatory:

- ₹60 for orders below ₹300

- ₹100 for orders between ₹300 - ₹500  

- ₹250 for orders above ₹1000


This amount is adjusted in your final bill and helps us verify genuine buyers and reduce fake or cancelled orders.


2. Why Advance is Needed:

In past experiences, some customers requested to inspect the product at delivery before paying.  

🚫 However, as per courier company rules, *delivery partners are not allowed to open parcels or allow inspection before full payment*.


To avoid such issues and ensure fair treatment to all customers, we introduced this QoD (Quality-on-Delivery) system backed by advance confirmation.


3. Product Inspection Before Payment:

The parcel will only be handed over *after full payment* is made. Inspection before payment is not permitted by courier policies.


4. Order Cancellation at Doorstep:

If the customer refuses to accept or pay for the order at delivery, the parcel is returned and the advance amount is *non-refundable*.  

This helps us cover shipping and handling losses.


5. Returns & Replacements:

If the product is found to be non-working or incompatible (despite correct model shared), our *Replacement & Refund Policy* applies — even for COD orders.


6. Need Help or Have Doubts?

We’re always here to guide you and share clear product details before dispatch — just message us on WhatsApp!
